How do you plan your goals?

Truly? I don’t. I am an ADHD chaotic that really NEEDS a planning, but can’t make one, or keep me to one.

I tried digital calendars, really huge paper ones, I tried planning to plan, I tried everything.

The only things that worked for me are Microsoft To-Do and my own daily pages.

Maybe you know better alternatives? If so, let me know!
